Thanks to everyone who participated in shoring up their groins, and of course to Bob Gray for organizing the repair work that was done to the Harbour Pointe-owned groins. Thanks to the Lacinys for replacing the pipe on the beach, so we don't have to worry about erosion in that area. Physically our assets seem to be in very good shape. I hope we continue the practice of sending out the budget and the reserve information in advance of the Annual Meeting. Tom and I play tennis most mornings, and this week-end the pool has seen a lot of activity! All without even getting in a car! When we tell visiting friends that we have all of this for $500 a year dues, they don't believe us!
